Play before Culture

Play is an important step in realizing how to effect the situations that we are apart of.  It is the rehearsal of new possibilities.  Are the galleries and museums and art making itself not a particular form of leasure enjoyed by a particular part of society?

This is an ongoing collaboration between me and Pii Anttila to bring art to places we would like to have more artistic joy like student parties, empty streets and spaces in the city.

3. The Eternal Consequences

2012 The Eternal Consequences, Dimanche Rouge, Experimental Performances happening, Culture Factory Polymer, Tallin, Estonia

The materials such as board games, jumpers, buckets and mops are transformed during the performances to create ways to play together. The hope is to spark imagination. Everone can join and create more ways to fight against the boredom and banality that we find at home.

The Fight Night game is a board game that everyone can take part and have a good time.
